We are a consulting firm based in Puerto Rico seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data analytics to support business intelligence, reporting, and technology transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with experience working with data and the ability to develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that support decision-making across a variety of projects and industries.
This is an on-site position in Puerto Rico, and only candidates currently residing in Puerto Rico will be considered. Availability to work on-site at client locations is required when needed.
* Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions based on KPIs. * Analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations. * Support technology consulting and digital transformation projects. * Work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data warehouse environments. * Prepare executive reports, presentations, and analytical documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across multiple projects. * Support reporting modernization and business intelligence initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related consulting roles. * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data warehouses, and data analytics solutions. * Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI-based metrics. * Experience as a Data Analyst or in a related data analytics role. * Strong knowledge of SQL and database environments. * Experience supporting technology or consulting projects throughout the full project lifecycle. * Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret large volumes of data and generate relevant, actionable insights. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Availability to travel as required. * PMP certification is preferred but not required. * Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
