We are a consulting firm based in Puerto Rico seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and technology projects to support technology transformation, systems implementation, and quality assurance initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, organized, and results-driven professional with experience planning, executing, and documenting functional testing, ensuring the quality of technology solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the different phases of a project.
This is an on-site position in Puerto Rico, and only candidates currently residing in Puerto Rico will be considered. Availability to work on-site at client locations is required when needed.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing for systems and applications. * Design and document test cases, test plans, and execution results. * Participate in SAT, SIT, and UAT testing to validate technology solutions. * Support the gathering and validation of functional requirements. * Prepare technical and functional documentation related to systems, applications, and processes. * Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle. * Support technology consulting and systems implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle. * Prepare reports, meeting minutes, SOPs, manuals, and other documentation related to quality assurance activities. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality of project deliverables and achievement of project objectives.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or technology- and systems-related consulting. * Experience in at least three of the following areas: * Quality Assurance and systems testing. * Requirements gathering. * Documentation of systems, applications, or databases. * Design and execution of test cases. * Development of Test Books and Test Results. * SAT, SIT, and UAT testing. * Technology consulting projects. * End-to-end systems implementation. * Ability to plan, organize, and execute functional system testing. * Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret information, identify findings, and develop recommendations. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Availability to travel as required. * Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
